Brenda Perez is a true creative at heart, born and raised in the vibrant city of Bell in southeast Los Angeles. Her family legacy has always been a source of inspiration for her. As the proud owner of The Fern, she has transformed a former mechanic shop passed down through three generations of her family into a vibrant and inviting event space.

As the middle child in a large family of six siblings, Brenda learned from an early age the importance of family unity and community support. Her extensive experience working for nonprofits and running her own wedding and event planning business has given her a unique perspective on the power of collaboration and the value of meaningful events that bring people together.
